Performance of  LFMP power battery characteristics

1.0utput with high efficiency: Standard discharge current is0.3C-0.8C,continuous maximum discharge current is 3C,instant impulse discharge  current is 10C for 10 seconds.
2.Good performance under high temperature, it could work under 65°C temperature.The battery structure is safe and good.
3.Good performance under low temperature. 25°C is defined as discharge capacity 100%,discharge capacity decreases to over 78% under 0°C and discharge capacity decreases to over 70% under -20°C
4.Good safety performance, it will not explode and get fire when internal and external of battery is damaged.
5.Good cycle lifetime, the discharge capacity is still over 80% after 1500 cycle times of single cell.
6.1t can fast charging. It could be charged to 80% within 20 minutes and charged full within 2-3h.
7.Low cost.
8.No pollution during manufacture and usage.
 
Matters needing attention before using the battery

1.Please check if spare parts are completed when open the package and read the operation manual carefully
2.Do not make the battery Short Circuit in any condition.
3.Please charge the new battery to full capacity before discharge for the first use.
4.The battery pack is fixed with plate and strip before delivery,do not disassemble the plate and strip when using the battery. ( Fig 1 )
5.Checking the voltage of battery, normally it is 3.2V -3.3V
6.Fix BMS for battery pack and protect single cell to avoid over charge and over-discharge (Fig 2). 7.Rivet or screw is used for battery connector, the connection is as photo shows. (Fig 3)
8.Please use copper part to connect battery packs and fix with hydraulic pressure plier .. We could also provide the relevant connection which fixed with screws.
9.The charger used should be approved by our corn-pany in order to match with our Lithium batteries.
10.1t will shorten battery cycle lifetime and damage battery due to overcharge and over-discharge if not do according to the above.


Repair and maintenance

1.The battery could not be opened and disassembled.
2.No extrusion or puncture to battery. Do not connect the cathode and anode . Do not put the battery in the fire.
3.Do not connect different type of batteries.
4.Do not make batteries with different capacity in series and parallel.
5.Please store the battery in cool breezy place. Keep away from moisture,heat,fire and food.
6.Please charge the battery to 60% capacity before putting it for long time. Check the battery condition once one or two months by checking the OCV. It needs to be charged if the voltage is below 3V

Common malfunction and solutions


1.Battery Voltage is 0V
If found single cell is 0V when using please replace with new cell.
2.Battery Swelling
Please replace the swelled battery ASAP when the battery is swelled due to overcharg or over discharge. If you check the impedance, capacity and voltage are normal the swelled battery could be back to normal shape . Please make battery pack with plate and strip and not to disassemble them in order to avid the swelling of single battery cell.
3.Heat of battery during usage
The battery case and terminal may give out due to big rate discharge, normally the temperature will reach to 80°C-1000.In order to avoid any damage to the battery the discharge rate need to be smaller. When battery contact resistance increases, you should check whether the connections are loose or there is insu¬lation material and remove these factors in time.
4.When there is voltage difference between each cell pleasee maintain and balance the battery voltage. The batteries can be discharged by discharge board produced by our company or use the function of current balance of BMS by setting the voltage to 2.5V, then make voltage of each cell in balance.
